PATHETIC MANNERLESS NON-PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE HANDLING XOLO CARE IRLA

After too many follow ups & pain, thought to share my feelings with people who thought of buying XOLO phones & were impressed with stylish & cheap phones launched by XOLO.

Although you found whatever you wanted initially, however at the end we didnt find the person who would be fruitful in helping resolve the issue. I am sharing the mails that were exchanged during the period with regards to my follow ups with so called XOLO customer care.

Currently waiting for an acknowledgement receipt & expecting someone to answer me.

Why would this important decision taken after I send my phone to Noida.
I cannot simply send my phone and get a refurbished phone which might give me some other issue.
I shall only send my phone to Noida if you can confirm to send me a new phone and moreover I dont want to get fooled again that I send my working phone n get a replacement which has more problems.
I would request you to get the replacement done on the spot when I submit the phone so that I can check the phone when and there.

1. Will the phone be replaced on the spot, while I submit the phone.

If it was suppose to be provided by the service center firstly why was this not mentioned earlier??? & Secondly why was it not provided at the same time when the phone was handedover after repairs ???
To avoid confusions, Request you to provide a mail confirmation from Prateek (macro mobile) for the same as I would not like to visit that service center & hear some nonsense from the people working there as already I have been hearing a lot of thing which was not required.
OR would request you to courier the acknowledgement at my billing address, the same is provided in the work order. I would be more than happy by not visiting your service center & chasing someone who would would have no idea what a acknowledgement means & ask me thousands of irrelevant questions.

 This is to bring to your kind notice that thought your company is
 manufacturing good & stylish phones, still people are not happy with
 the after sale service.

 I had bought this phone just by thinking that we should not be
 investing money in china & other foreign companies instead buying a
 Indian phone which would help our own country in progressing our own economy.

 However now i think I was a fool to think in this manner, we had
 stopped using Indian products due to the same reason AFTER SALE
 SERVICE which is again not meeting the expectation.

 It is a kind request you look in to the issue persisting since I
 bought this phone.

 There has been not positive response from either the customer service
 executive nor the service center at prime mall Vile Parle.

 your advise of asking me to visit the service centre again is
 completely foolish. I have told you again n again that mad person has
 given a final statement to me that he has no solution for the said problem.

 now if u again n again ask me to visit the service centre it is
 completely insane. I need an solution from the Xolo company n not
 from the MAD person in service centre.

 the person who called me yesterday was just an executive with a
 single line "Pls visit the service centre they would be able to help you"

 Even after saying that i have visited ghe service centre n they have
 clearly mentioned that they dont have a solution the executive asked
 me to go there n asked me to call the customer care from there. dont
 you have numbers for ur own service centre ??? This all practice is
 just frustrating.

 Bastard I have told u again n again they have no solution give me
 solution of just go to hell you r good for nothing, keep repeating

 This was the most pathetic and unfaithful customer service ever received.

 The person who called was just repeating me to visit the xolo service
 center without any solution or any firm confirmation that the issue
 would be handle carefully.

 He was so stubbornly asking to visit the service center n called
 customer care from there to chat with the manager there.

 Most annoying and disgraceful experience ever.

 I need the escalation matrix for Xolo now without fail.

 I dont need anyone to call me as I m sure this won't work out with an
 executive calling who has no idea about the issue and it won't help
 be by them saying sorry again n again.

 I need the escalation matrix ASAP.

 Dear XOLO CARE Team,



 This is to inform you that I had a pathetic service response from
 XOLO CARE, An irresponsible & manner less conversation from the XOLO
 service center IRLA Prime mall.



 I had bought this phone on 14th March 2014 (XOLO Q700S), which looks
 awesome & very promising, however on the 10th  day itself I found
 dust on the camera from inside which I thought would be ok.



 When this kept increasing day by day I had reported it to the dealer
 from where I had purchased the phone (Magnet), they asked me to get
 the phone checked on 2nd floor of the same mall (Prime mall) which is XOLO CARE.
 When I went there the executive handling my case was very blunt in
 his conclusions say there is no problem in the phone, a little dust
 is ok on camera which shall be cleaned by us & the same was done not
 preventive measures taken to avoid the dust coming in, also to inform
 the dust wasn’t a little the entire lens cover was filled with dust.



 I tried to use the phone for some days & again as said there was no
 preventive measures taken the phone again started accumulating dust
 on the camera lens which again forced me to go the service centre.



 This time again the executive handling had the same words in his
 mouth & again asked the engineer to clean the dust, when I informed
 him that the same issue had arised earlier & the same thing was done
 he was asking me to let them know what else can be done in this case.
 I was really surprised with this behavior of a person who is
 representing as a techy asking me to provide him a solution. I want
 to let u know that this was also asked by the earlier techy when the
 phone was first taken to the service centre.
 Surprised to know they were so blunt & manner-lessly talking as if
 they were selling fishes on street, no professionalism no proper
 behavior which is not tolerated/accepted atleast from a person
 representing a company like XOLO.



 Finally a senior person asked the engineer to stick some cello tapes
 sticks around the camera so that the cover is fixed on it & it can
 prevent dust entering on the camera lens cover. However this was
 wrong according to person who entered later in the office (that is
 what I guess, probably manager of the senior person). Who had no idea
 how to speak to a customer he was raising his voicing to the extreme
 level & shouting me that we can do any modification & this tape
 sticking is not valid according to company policy as if I had asked
 the engineer to stick them & I had guided them to do so. He again n
 again kept on fight & at some point I found he would get an attack
 the way he was behaving, this was REALLY A WORST EXPERIENCE in my
 life in a corporate environment. I thought to call police at that
 point but somehow found the person ill & didn’t do it. He was asking
 me to give the phone to get the sticked tapes removed as this was
 against the company policy when I didn’t give the phone he had
 removed the phone on his own by putting hands in my pocket which is
 manhandling  & is punishable.



 When I found him so illiterate & non-professional all asked him was
 he can remove it but what is the solution he would be giving me for
 the dust which is entering the camera, to which he was very clear
 there would be no solution given from us you can go wherever you want
 nothing would be done from our end, after which I found no point
 talking to a mad person & had to leave thinking that someone should
 be above him who could help me. Later he was not even ready to give
 the job sheet however I had to pick up the form which we fill when we
 enter the service center without the stamp as he was not ready to
 support on anything.



 I want someone to call me & get my issues clear OR let me know what
 next can be done.
